AUSTRALIAN owned and operated destination specialist Beyond Travel wish to offer their sympathies to their colleagues at Bentours and Tempo going through this challenging period and want to extend their help for agent’s current clients and possible future employment.
In light of the current circumstances, Beyond Travel advise agents that a dedicated speciality team of senior consultants has been created to assist with existing bookings and quotes on all destinations that Beyond Travel cover including Scandinavia, Croatia, Russia, Eastern and Central Europe, Turkey, Greece, India and Sri Lanka.
Owner and CEO Michael Lavilles said their top priority at the moment is agents and their clients. Staff will aim to process all requests as quickly as possible and will prioritise by bookings service date.
Lavilles stressed that the company would not be profiteering in any way through this unfortunate situation, “We share several of the same local operators, suppliers and partners as Bentours and Tempo in many destinations and we hope our team can lessen the impact for as many agents and their clients as possible.
“Our team has been inundated with hundreds of calls from affected agents, we recommend emailing clients bookings details to info@beyondtravel.com.au. It is impertinent to include as many details as possible for an efficient processing time of the booking”.
“We ask for agent’s patience as we work as effectually and efficiently through the numerous cases we are currently dealing with”.
Beyond Travel will offer special NETT rates on all existing bookings in the above mentioned destinations and will price match on current quotes.
