DAY 1 Oslo
Welcome to Oslo, the capital of the beautiful kingdom of Norway! On arrival make your way to the hotel. Depending on the time of day, you can start exploring this marvelous city right away. Have a wonder down to the bay to take in some of the local food and the scenery of the Oslo fjord, or maybe a stroll down Karl John street for a bit of shopping. This evening, join your fellow tour members and guide at a welcome meeting.

DAY 2 Oslo - Flam - Sognefjord - Voss

After breakfast, start your exploration into the fjord area of Norway. You will drive towards the wonderful town of Flam, passing lake Tyrifjord, one of the largest lakes in Norway. On arrival to Flam, you will board the world famous Flamsbana, taking the mountain railway 13Km to Myrdal. Have your camera at the ready for one of the world's most beautiful journeys, as the train snakes its way through steep mountains, staggering waterfalls and jaw dropping scenery. Once in Myrdal you will continue onto your stay for the night in Voss, or if time permits, join an optional cruise to Gudvangen through the Sognefjord. This area is included in the UNESCO world heritage site, and you will journey on the water seeing why it is called the "King of the Fjords". At the end of the cruise, the coach will be waiting to take you through to Voss.

DAY 3 Voss - Bergen
Today you get to experience the city of Bergen, "Gateway to the Fjords". A wonderful mix of nature and culture, you will be taken by a local guide around the city for a 2 hour walking tour, passing such places as the Hanseatic Bryggen, the church of Mary, the Hakon fortress, and finishing at the Fish market, with wonderful seafood straight from the dramatic North sea. The day is then yours to explore everything on offer. Maybe try some of the culinary delights, or possibly take the optional journey on the Floibanen Funicular to get the stunning panoramic views of Bergen

DAY 4 Bergen - Sognefjord - Briksdall glacier - Loen
Cross the Sognefjord on a ferry from Oppdal to Lavik, as you journey on to the beautiful Birskdaal glacier this morning. The glacier sits between roaring waterfalls and high peaks, and is an arm of the great Jostedalsbreen Glacier. From 1'200 meters the glacier plunges down into the gorgeous Briksdalen valley. This is the perfect spot for a stunning walk, soaking in the local scenery, or for a more relaxed experience, you can take one of the optional "Troll cars" around the area for an additional fee. After a day of exploration join your tour for dinner at the hotel.,

DAY 5 Loen - Geiranger Fjord - Molde
On leaving Loen you will board a sightseeing cruise of the impressive Geiranger fjord. The fjord is one of the most stunning in Norway, famed for the mountains rising spectacularly out of the water, and it's marvelous waterfalls such as "The Seven Sisters" and "The Veil of the Bride". After the cruise you will pass by the Eagle Road, a meandering ribbon of tarmac running through the mountains 620 meters above sea level. After a ferry from Eidsdal to Linge, you will reach Troll's Road which you will journey down as is clings to the mountain with its 11 hairpin bends. A final ferry ride awaits from Vestnes before arriving into Molde

DAY 6 Molde - Atlantic road - Oppdal
Stretching over 8274 meters, the Atlantic road is a true wonder of engineering. Drive along it as you make your way over the small islands the road is built on, as the dramatic scenery of mountains and ocean passes you by. You will finish the night in the town of Oppdal.

DAY 7 Oppdal - Oslo
Return to the capital today, with the chance to delve deeper into what makes Oslo so great. Before you arrive though you will pass Lillehammer, the site for the winter Olympics in 1994, with free time to explore the area. You will continue along to Hamar, and then to Lake Mjosa, the largest in Norway. On arrival into Oslo, you will be taken on a guided tour of the city, which will include seeing the Frogner Park and the sculptural Vigeland. Also pass the Royal Palace, city hall and Akershus fortress. The remainder of the day is yours explore the city further.

DAY 8 Oslo - Stockholm
After breakfast and checkout of your hotel, you will take a walk to the train station. From here you will stay goodbye to Oslo and travel on the highspeed rail to the capital city of Sweden, Stockholm. After walking to your hotel and checking in, the day is yours to explore the city. Why not walk the main Drottninggatan - Queen street for some shopping, or explore one of the best preserved old town of Europe - Gamla Stan.

DAY 9 Stockholm
You will be driven today to the port and taken on a Royal Canal cruise and learn about the city. Referred to as the "Venice of the north", seeing the city by the water is the best way to take in the 700 year old history. After the cruise, the time is free for you to explore the city more, and maybe visit some of the locations you saw from the water.
There is no return transfer after the cruise.

DAY 10 Stockholm
After breakfast and checkout of your hotel, your tour concludes for your onward journey.

Day 2: Sognefjord Cruise: Schedule permitting, you will be offered the opportunity to join an optional cruise Flåm-Gudvangen, sailing through the idyllic Sognefjord, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The coach will be waiting for you at the end of the cruise in Gudvangen to continue to journey to Voss.

Day 3: Floibanen Funicular Return Ticket: Starting from the heart of the Bergen, the funicular takes you to the top of Mount Floyen. Once there there are walking opportunities with beautiful views of the surounding landscapes, or maybe a fresh pastry from the Floistuen shop. The tickets includes the return journey down the mountain.

Day 4: Briksdall Troll Cars: The famous Briksdaal Glacier is set attractively between roaring waterfalls and high peaks. From 1'200 meters the glacier plunges down into the beautiful Briksdalen Valley. You can approach the Briksdalen Valley by foot or catch, but this options allows you to ride with one of the "Troll cars" up to the glacier, a small family friendly golf buggy style vehicle that replaced horse and carts in 2004.
