DAY 1 Reykjavik
Welcome to Iceland! Your tour commences with a shared arrival transfer from Keflavik airport to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of your day at leisure, resting or exploring the city on your own if time allows.

DAY 2 Reykjavik – South Iceland
This morning, meet your tour guide in the hotel lobby who will show you the highlights of Iceland's exciting capital. Afterwards, head to the Reykjanes Peninsula with its moonlike landscape, hot springs and mountains. End the day's sightseeing at the famous Blue Lagoon for some relaxation. Enjoy its warm, mineral-rich waters and the stunning views of the surrounding lava fields. Then continue your journey south to the charming village of Hella where you will stay for the next two nights.

DAY 3 South Iceland
Begin the day at Seljalandsfoss Waterfall and make sure you have waterproof clothing as you can walk behind it. Then drive along the scenic route to Skogar where you can explore the Skogar Folk Museum and discover early modern Iceland through its turf houses and folklore. At the next stop Skogafoss Waterfall, you have the option to go on a glacier hike on the Solheimajokull glacier tongue and see stunning ice formations, deep crevasses, and a unique landscape shaped by the glacier's movements. Otherwise, the tour will continue south to the famous Reynisfjara black sand beach. You might also see the Cap of Dyrholaey and the Reynisdrangar Sea Cliffs. After, visit the village of Vik before heading back to your hotel in Hella.

DAY 4 South Iceland - Reykjavik
Drive the famous Golden Circle route and stop at a geothermal greenhouse and horse stable. Here, you will learn about the Icelandic horse and its history. Then go to Geysir where you can witness Strokkur, also known as 'the Churn' that erupts every 5-10 minutes. Although the original geyser is dormant, you can still walk up to it. Further along the route, it's Gullfoss, or 'the Golden Falls' which is a truly breathtaking sight. Wrap up the day with a visit to Thingvellir National Park, home of the world's oldest parliament and now a UNESCO World Heritage site. You can witness the dramatic rift caused by the tectonic plates of North America and Eurasia beneath the park. The lava fields here tell countless stories of the past, steeped in history.
