DAY 2 Visit a Reindeer Farm, Snowmobile Safari and Aurora Snowshoeing
After breakfast, begin your Arctic adventure by meeting one of the friendliest locals, the reindeers! Visit a local herder and his reindeers at their farm and learn interesting things about them and Sami culture. All your questions will be answered such as what do they eat in the fells in wintertime, how do they survive outside in -45 degrees and what do their muzzle feel like? We guarantee this experience will become one of your top memories in Finnish Lapland.
Then shake things up a bit by going on a Snowmobile Safari with full safety instructions and a driving lesson with the guide first. Once everyone feels comfortable, head out for a small journey into the nearby surroundings and get your adrenaline pumping as you zoom through the snow into beyond. There are plenty of stops to capture the beautiful landscape, powdery snowdrifts and trees decorated with snow. Later, relax with a hot drink and lunch by the fire.
(Please note: The driver of the snowmobile must be at least 18 years of age with a driver's license valid in Finland).
At night, wind down with Aurora Snowshoeing and take in the amazing atmosphere of old forests on a relaxing walk to the aurora camp spot. Guided by the light of the moon and possibly the dance of the Northern Lights, the evening will be unforgettable as you trek around this winter wonderland. Afterwards, warm up by the campfire and watch the northern sky, while warm drinks are prepared on the open fire.

DAY 3 Husky Safari and Visit to an Aurora Camp
There is no better way to commence your day than an exhilarating Husky Safari! You will be taught how to handle the sled prior to heading out for the journey, where the huskies will pull your sled across the stunning arctic scenery. Enjoy the excitement of the dogs before the start, and the serene silence once they get to do what they love - running in the snow. During the ride, you are driving the sleds by yourselves, but you can switch driver on halfway.
This evening, dinner will be served in the hotel restaurant ahead of your final Northern Lights activity, a visit to an Aurora Camp on the amazing Laka Inari, one of the best places in the world for Aurora viewing since there is no light pollution at all. Your guide will lead the way as you travel either in a sleigh pulled by snowmobile or by a minibus depending on the location of tonight’s camp. On arrival, relish in the silence of the wilderness whilst watching the sky from an ideal Aurora viewpoint. Warm drinks will be served by a blazing campfire as you wait for the dancing lights.
