Arrive at Helsinki airport and make your own way to you hotel. The remainder of your day is at leisure.

DAY 2 Helsinki
With a full day to discover Helsinki we recommend an optional Hop On HopOff Sightseeing tour where you will have the opportunity to see the city’s most popular sights. In the early evening,make your own way to the railway station to board your overnight train to Rovaniemi, also known as the Santa Claus Express. B

DAY 3 Rovaniemi
Early arrival into Rovaniemi, where you will make your way to the hotel for check in. Spend the remainder of your day at leisure in the capital of Lapland and well known home of Santa Claus.

DAY 4 Rovaniemi
Your day is free and there are many wonderful experiences to be had in this winter wonderland including an optional husky or reindeer farm visit. Return to your childhood with a visit to Santa Claus Village or join a nighttime snowmobile safari to witness the breathtaking Northern Lights. B

DAY 5 Rovaniemi – Kakslauttanen
Journey by bus to Kakslauttanen, a small village near Saariselka surrounded by untouched wilderness. BD

Today an arctic adventure with the huskies awaits! Enjoy a safari through the snowy forests where you will drive a team of huskies over the white, shimmering fells - an experience you will never forget. BLD

DAY 7 Kakslauttanen – Kirkenes
Watch the scenic landscape from the comfort of your coach as you travel along small roads in Finland and Norway to arrive in Kirkenes to board your Hurtigruten voyage south to Bergen. BLD

DAY 8 Mehamn – Tromso
Visit Hammerfest, the world’s northernmost town before travelling to the Arctic exploration capital of Tromso. Here, the only light during the polar night comes from headlamps, the starry sky, and, if you’re lucky, the magical Northern Lights. BLD

DAY 9 Tromso – Stamsund
Your cruise navigates its way through the world-famous islands of Lofoten and Vesteralen, a highlight of Hurtigruten’s southern voyage. This collection of islands is dotted with picturesque fishing villages nestled below towering mountains and wild nature. BLD

DAY 10 Bodo – Rorvik
Cross the Arctic Circle and cruise south past the peaks of the Seven Sisters. Stop in Rorvik, where you might like to visit the award winning maritime museum. BLD

DAY 11 Trondheim – Alesund
Today you have a chance to explore the historic wooden city of Trondheim. Disembark early and be sure to visit the majestic Nidaros Cathedral, built over the burial site of King Olav II. BLD

DAY 12 Alesund – Bergen
Admire the stunning island-studded coastline as your cruise makes its way to Bergen. Disembark mid afternoon with the balance of the day free to explore the hanseatic city of Bergen. B

DAY 13 Bergen – Gudvangen – Flam
Today you will spend the day travelling through charming villages and scenic natural landscapes, by train and coach before reaching Gudvangen. Then join your fjord cruise on the Naeroyfjord, the narrowest fjord in Europe and included on UNESCO’s World Heritage List, to Flam. BD

DAY 14 Flam – Myrdal – Oslo
Depart on one of the most beautiful rail journeys in the world, the Flam Railway. It is one of the steepest train lines in the world on normal tracks and provides some of the country’s wildest and most awe inspiring scenery. On arrival to the mountain station of Myrdal, change trains and travel on to Oslo. B
